Steve McCurry is perhaps best known for this photo above that was on the frontcover of a National Geographic issue, entitled "Afghan Girl". I must have seen it somewhere as a child, and the only word I can remember thinking was "beautiful". I didn't believe much in the whole idea of seeing a person through their eyes, but I would imagine this to be an exception.

nice pics krish. some could probably use a little bit more exposure. just a thought, not negative criticism or anythin. oh and ah, national geographic went looking for the the girl in the picture like some 20 years after it was taken and they actually managed to find her. and they took another picture of her. her eyes never changed, thats how they knew. dont know if you know about this, thought i would share anyway. navi.
